Participating owners would agree to match a lower publicly available, bookable total price for the same villa and stay before a booking is confirmed, subject to equivalent conditions.

Compare the full stay
The comparison must cover the same villa, arrival and departure dates, guest numbers, currency and equivalent cancellation terms, payment schedule and included services. Compare the total payable amount, including mandatory taxes, cleaning and booking fees. Compare optional extras separately; disclose refundable deposits and their terms.
Ask before you book
Use the participating villa’s WhatsApp enquiry form and select Request a price match. Include a link or dated screenshot reference, total price and currency, dates, guests and booking conditions. The competing offer must be publicly accessible and available to book when the owner checks it. A screenshot alone does not establish continuing availability. Send evidence directly to the owner; do not send payment details or identity documents.
Which offers would qualify?
Public offers with equivalent conditions qualify. Private negotiated quotes, member-only or loyalty offers, employee discounts, platform-funded coupons/rewards, obvious pricing errors, unavailable offers and different cancellation/payment/inclusion conditions are excluded from this proposed pledge. Ordinary publicly available promotions are not excluded merely because they are promotions. No automatic currency conversion or retrospective price matching is promised.
The owner confirms the quote
The owner assesses the comparison and confirms the complete matched price and booking conditions before you commit. If the offer does not qualify, ask for an explanation. Turquoise Society introduces guests and owners; it does not process the booking, fund a price match or refund any difference. Availability and payment terms remain subject to the owner’s confirmation.
Participation is separate from verification
Only villas with a current approved owner agreement would display a live pledge badge. Ownership verification does not establish a price promise. Withdrawing participation removes the badge for new enquiries; it must not erase commitments or quotes already made while the pledge applied.
