Cookies Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Turquoise Society, operated by Flexitest Ltd, uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on this website.

The term “cookies” is often used broadly. The rules can also apply to technologies such as local browser storage, pixels, tags and similar device-storage mechanisms.

2. What we use today

The current application does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

We use browser storage for the notice and for your requested save and compare features:

NameTechnologyPurposeDuration
turquoise_cookie_notice_v1Local storageRemembers that the privacy/cookie notice has been acknowledged. The site treats the acknowledgement as current for 180 days.
turquoise_villa_selection_v1Local storageStores villa identifiers for your shortlist and comparison on this browser.Until you remove the selections or clear site data.

Enquiry and Society List form details are held only in the current page, and are not saved to this storage. The website does not automatically transmit the forms to a database. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, the notice may appear again.

3. Hosting and essential technologies

Our hosting, security or content-delivery providers may use technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary to deliver or secure the website. The exact infrastructure may change as the site moves from prototype hosting to its production environment. We will update this policy if that results in additional browser storage that visitors need to know about.

4. Analytics and marketing

We do not currently activate analytics or advertising storage in the Turquoise Society application. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, social tracking or comparable technology, we will update this policy and the consent mechanism before activating technology that requires consent.

5. Your choices

The notice describes these functional storage items. No optional analytics or advertising categories are activated by the application.

You can remove the stored preference at any time by clearing site data in your browser. The notice will then appear again on a later visit.
