Your ongoing villa listing
An annual subscription covers your villa advert in the Owner Direct Collection for the subscription year. Present your photographs, facilities and property details, with a direct enquiry route for guests planning any time of year.
Optional Private Releases
Add a dated last-minute release when you have an opening to promote. Private Releases remain the site’s headline offer, while your main villa advert continues throughout your active membership, independently of any release.
Annual membership pricing and any Private Release allowances or charges will be confirmed before subscriptions open. Payments and automatic renewals are not active on this preview. All listings remain subject to approval and the Society Standard.
Give your villa a purpose beyond summer.
Annual presentation can reach guests planning spring and autumn walking holidays, as well as remote workers and writers considering a longer winter escape. Present the practical facts that make your property suitable; enquiries and bookings are never guaranteed.
A comfortable walking base
If a usable footpath is nearby, identify it. Explain the checked route from your gate, the trailhead, terrain and transfer arrangements. Add laundry, boot storage, hot water and cooler-evening comfort only where provided. A nearby map line alone is not evidence of access.

State accepted stay lengths, winter opening, heating by room, running costs and housekeeping. Show the actual workspace and recent connection tests. Explain logs, maintenance and seasonal services. Optional sauna or pool heating should appear only when available for the stay.

The Founding Approach

What We Look For
- Properties with genuine character, strong presentation and an appropriate fit for the collection
- Responsive owners or managers who value the direct guest relationship
- Appropriate ownership or authority information and property documentation for review
The founding pilot remains complimentary. The planned annual membership gives owners an ongoing advert alongside the option to promote last-minute openings. A year-round listing does not require year-round opening: you confirm your own season, dates, rates and booking terms directly with guests.
An optional Owner Direct Price Pledge
We are developing an optional commitment to match a lower publicly available, bookable total price for the same villa and stay under equivalent conditions, before a guest books. Participation will be agreed separately for each villa. Current demo badges illustrate the feature; no live price promise is operating.
