For a mixed-age party, compare steps, slopes, sleeping arrangements and the effort of leaving the villa independently. Ask for routes that fit your group, rather than deciding from a straight-line distance on a map.
Compare for your season and length of stay
A spring or autumn walking holiday needs checked trail access and a return plan. A winter escape needs comfortable indoor rooms, operating local services and clear running costs. A remote-working stay also needs evidence of connection performance.
Keep the choice tied to the property. An inland location does not prove privacy, and a coastal location does not prove walkability or year-round operation.
